BUNNELL RANGE RULES

  • Uncased guns are not allowed in the parking lot. All guns must be kept in the case until the patron is at the firing line.

  • Always treat your firearm as if it is loaded, point it downrange, keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot and be aware of your target and what is beyond it.  PLEASE LINE UP YOUR TARGET WITH THE CONCRETE BLOCK BEHIND IT.

  • No drawing from a holster and firing, no alcohol, illicit drugs or any form of outside impairment on Bunnell Range property.  Smoking only in designated areas.

  • We suggest that pregnant women check with their doctor before going on the range because of lead and noise.

  • It is your responsibility to know and understand your equipment and to make sure it is functioning properly.

  • Act responsibly and with respect.  Please notify staff immediately if you see any unsafe behavior or conditions. Be considerate of others. Limit cell phone use.

  • If any problem should occur with your firearm while on the firing line, leave firearm pointed downrange and get assistance from staff.

  • Only one person per lane unless otherwise approved by a staff member

  • All shooters must present a photo ID every visit.  You must also sign a liability waiver that you understand the rules and gun safety prior to entering the range. 

  • A minor must be accompanied by an adult at all times who must sign the liability waiver for them both.

  • All brass once fired is considered “lost brass”.  Shooters may only collect their personally fired brass as long as you don’t disrupt others or create a safety hazard.

  • If you intend to do bodily harm to yourself or others, you are not permitted on range property.

  • If a cease fire is called, stop shooting, unload your firearm, put it on the bench, step behind the white line.  You may return to your position when an “all clear” is called.

  • We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave for unsafe distracting, unacceptable behavior at any time and may ban you from the property permanently.   

  • No shooting across lanes.

  • No shotguns allowed

  • No Taurus Judges allowed or any pistol that can shoot 410 gauge

  • No Rifle Caliber on the 25yd pistol range

  • No Green Tip Ammo
